Firstly thanks and I look forward to using Krita 3.1 and testing 3.0 if I have
time. Secondly and sorry to be a downer, I used to be more optimistic about
Open Source not repeating the same mistakes, but is there a code comment or
design note warning developers to ensure the dialog (or dialogs) continues to
work on smaller screens in the future? 

I don't expect to have the best experience, I only want to be included and for
it to be possible to run Krita on Netbooks or whatever other odd screen sizes
are out there.

Fixed in 3.0 because the dialog is much smaller there.
