I've been testing with two and three monitor setups now, and I just cannot
reproduce the issue. It must be some configuration issue in the wacom settings
app.

A couple of questions...

Is this with a Wacom Intuos, Cintiq or Bamboo? 
Which version of WIndows?
Does the 3.0 pre-alpha 3 show the same issue?
