Having the same issue on Windows 10. After resizing the Clone or Heal brush all
of the options under 'Painting Mode' get unchecked and can't be reactivated.
Unchecking 'Source point move' causes the behavior described above. It's the
same if you use [] or Shift dragging to resize the brush. Krita 3.0 just
crashes entirely when using the clone or heal tool.

Krita version: krita_3.0.99.91
OS: Windows 10 Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.82)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
GPU Driver: 372.70
