This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least
15 days. Please provide the requested information as soon as
possible and set the bug status as REPORTED. Due to regular bug

Is this still an issue. I am testing it on a Windows 10 machine with 4.2 alpha
and it seems fine.

Some time has passed since this was created, but this popup palette selector
defaults to showing the normal color selector. It only shows the "visual color
selector" if it is enabled in the config (which defaults to false).

Yes, it's a bit slower than it used to be. It's also more accurate.
