Could you please try the latest nightly build from https://ci.appveyor.com/project/alvinhochun/krita/build/artifacts and if that also crashes, follow the instructions in https://docs.krita.org/Dr._Mingw_debugger to get a backtrace? I'm pretty sure there is something weird locally on your system, but I'd like to get to the bottom of it...
