That contains a fix at least for Windows users when saving to a dropbox or google drive location, and it might also fix your issue. This is, obviously, a problem with your system, and not with Krita. You probably should check whether you're trying to save to a file that is already opened in another application, or whether you have antivirus software that blocks Krita from saving, or whatever else...
