As in, maybe Bitdefender closed Krita for some reason?... You can attach Help -> Show Krita log for bug reports, but I doubt it will help. Regarding the autosaving, you can change the autosave time in Settings -> Configure Krita -> General -> File Handling -> Autosave Interval. I personally recommend having it at 3 min, but you can choose whatever you want.
