Top right of screenshot, text was highlighted instead of brush size being
changed.
Summary - sliding brush bat with SPen causes size change to be cancelled and
text to be highlighted, also affects other similar sliding bars ie opacity.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Using SPen click and drag brush size bar
2. Often after moving slider for a second it stops moving and highlights the
text in brush bar
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Highlighted text, no brush changed size
