A lot of these icons come from the search provides themselves and are therefore
not easily feasible to all make symbolic. For example when you search for an
app, its icon appears there, and most apps don't have symbolic icons for the
16px and 22px size, and this is an intentional design decision in the Breeze
Icon theme.
The only thing that looks actionable here is to use colorful icons for the
Flatpak and Advanced Power Settings KCMs, both of which fall under the umbrella
of 426753.
So I don't think this is generally fixable, sorry.
I thought you were going to open a bug report about the search providers' icons
in the KRunner KCM though, which is actionable. :)
