See video. Often, the fingerprint wouldn't be registered until I enter the
wrong password once, only then it accepts the fingerprint
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set up fingerprint
2. lock screen
3. try to unlock using fingerprint reader

Screen doesn't unlock
