enable Meta forward from KWin to Latte

In Latte Preferences the user can now enable/disable
the Meta key forwarding for showing the
Application Launcher

yeah it might be a good idea...
that would simplify also enabling/disabling that option there is already a
similar approach for Borderless maximized windows.

You can write something like "(disable this option before removing Latte-dock)"
into the option's label or a msgbox when the user checks into it... to warn
him.

It could possibly create some bug reports for KWin, in theory.

But in fact, I don't see any bug with it.
Moreover, almost everyone wants to activate the application menu with the Super
key, they would very likely do this manually, whether you add that option or
not. And they still report bugs wrongly. It does not depend on that option.

So, adding that option (disabled by default, of course) would certainly affect
nothing. It just makes the UX better.

unfortunately I had promised to Martin from KWin team to not automate this
because he was afraid that this would create a bunch of bug reports for KWin.
So I can not add it without first communicate with KWin team.
