STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I move the cursor to the active corner
2. Desktop is shown.
OBSERVED RESULT
Color of latte panels doesn't changed to transparnt
EXPECTED RESULT
Color of latte panels should be changed to transparnt when windows are closed
not only by buttons but also by active corner showing desktop
