propably kvantum or something else paints latte windows even if it should not,
so this is not latte issue

Ok that would make it a kvantum related issue...

Try to enable Breeze application style and Breeze Plasma theme, relogin your
system and test afterwards if it is reproducable.

In my system I can not reproduce any such issue. I suppose I will leave it open
until more users are hit by it and a concrete way is found to reproduce it.
