Additional info:

When I chose any dark plasma theme, the panel is still white with white icons.
When Touching is disabled or in any other mode, it all works with dark theme.

I just updated to 5.25.3, and it looks like the issue is gone, just like you
said. I'm setting the case as fixed.
If I notice anything wrong later, I'll reopen it, but let's hope it's fixed and
done :).
