This should be fixed in unstable and testing already. user editions lag behind
because appstream data only refreshes when new snapshots are made, which is
done as needed.

This seems to be a packaging/AppStream bug in Neon. Other distros I've used
recently (Manjaro, openSUSE) correctly mark the various kpackage components as
addons of Plasma itself.
