SUMMARY
The USB image boots up, I chose the KDE neon install, a few seconds later the
keyboard turns off, then it comes back on. After that I see the KDE neon logo
spinning. Then the same kernel message shows up about a timeout in the
"nouveau" driver. I have a Quadro RTX 4000. The the monitor turns off. The
computer stays on but nothing happens subsequently. I waited about 3 minutes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to install KDE neon on a machine with Quadro RTX 4000

KDE neon live image does not install

KDE neon live image should install
