I was wrong, still not fixed in User Edition.

Huh. Taking a look at the code, if you don't see the loading indicator at all,
that means that the video isn't loading. I wonder if this is a neon packaging
bug then.

Can you see if you can file the video/multimedia related package in Neon that
makes this feature work by installing it?
