In Fedora 23 (plasma-desktop 5.5.5), moving between screens currently isn't
working - you can click and drag on Screen Edge, but it won't cross monitors.

In earlier versions (see bug #354015 ) that was reported as being possible, but
crash-prone.

I'll also note that this particular system seems to be affected by the bug
where Plasma sometimes loses track of which panels belong on which monitor:

I have the same problem. When you try to drag to the second screen the panel
return to the first screen.

I could reproduce the problem with 5.5.3

maybe there is a problem with different screen resolutions? The laptop has
1600x900, the second display 1280x1024?

>All new panels (the 'default' or 'empty' panel) always land on the laptop
>screen, there is no way of moving it to the second screen

Click on screen edge and drag to the other screen.

>And, playing around with the panel, plasma continuously crashes after removing
>the 'unwanted' panel on the laptop screen.

That's hopefully fixed wtih 5.5.3
