Title is bug #370333 - it should be fixed, but I'm not sure whether the fix is
already in the iso.

As of today (17/10/2016) half of the bug is still present : the system settings
entry in task bar has no title (icon is ok) when in its default screen. The
window has no title too.
Using yesterday's Neon wayland spin. Should I open a new bug?

The "many apps don't have icons" issue is because we don't have icons for
XWayland windows yet.

Systemsettings icon was fixed recently..
