I don't fully understand this bug yet, but it seems to me that...

The issue you're trying to demostrate is last part of your video where you drag
a window a new desktop is not created/shown untill you hit the last desktop one
more time right?

Go to System Settings -> Window Management -> KWin Scripts and download/enable
Dynamic Virtual Desktops script

I'm quite confused by the video. Why is there additional desktops appearing? Do
you have System Settings open in parallel and are adding new desktops?

Frameworks: 5.43.0
Qt: 5.10.1
Kernel: 4.14.20-2-MANJARO
OS: Netrunner Rolling

Similar behavior when removing virtual desktops from right click menu on Pager
