STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Logout and login
2. Open KLauncher
3. Right click in a item in the favorites section
OBSERVED RESULT
The menu will show with a delay.
EXPECTED RESULT
Menu not delaying after right clicking.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 20.04

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've encountered this bug after several minutes after being logged in, but I
wasn't able to reproduce.
