My idea was to make it also independent from the screen's rotation 1) It could have a setting to auto-rotate with the screen 2) If on a 16:9 landscape screen a window is half-tiled to one side, it could be rotated manually by 90° and mapped to this windows area (431498) 3) In case of 2) it could also have an option to rotate automatically depending on which side of the window, which has the form of a rectangle, is sufficiently longer. It doesn't have a rotationoption in it, but it does have a quick link to the KScreen KCM which does.
