I think the bug is solved. At least from plasma 5.27.9. For applications which
do not support settings via KDE, now there is short description describing it:

Hm, perhaps it's only happening with some applications? It's still occurring
with the Spotify flatpak that I have on Plasma 25.7.9. Do you have a chance to
test that?
