https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=466372 --- Comment #2 from Tarballwalf --- I'm on the latest 5.27.2, it seems this is not a multi monitor issue. as I was able to reproduce this on a number of devices, along with friends being able to do so, on single monitors setups And again, this happens on both X11 and Wayland, latest 5.27.2 and older versions, so it seems it's either a Dolphin issue, or plasmashell. Please update to 5.27 as soon as your distro offers it to you.
