SUMMARY
The text in some menus (e.g. context menu of Dolphin, Tray icon's context menu,
appmenu) is blurred when initially open. Often after focusing, it will return
to normal.

I observe this on Wayland, with my laptop's internal monitor with HiDPI
scaling. It does not appear on my external monitor (without HiDPI scaling).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the menu (or sub-menu)

Text of the menu (or sub-menu) is blurred

Not blurred
