I also had this issue and could solve it by deleting
`~/.cache/plasma-svgelements`. I then did a bisection of the file to find the
culprit which turned out to be this section:

The minimal change needed to fix the problem seems to be to delete `3871512528`
from `Invalidelements`. After restarting plasmashell the section is then
changed to:
