SUMMARY
under wayland, I use a floating panel with only the task manager (icons only)
as a latte dock replacement. I have it set to be centered and auto adjust. when
I login to plasma, it has the wrong size and sets my icons to the left. this
didn't happened before.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make a floating panel that will contain the pinned and opened apps, center
it to create a dock.
2. login with wayland session
3. the bug happens

OBSERVED RESULT

the only fix is to open edit mode then escape. but the bug will show up next
login or boot.
EXPECTED RESULT
have no issue but a dock/panel with the correct size and padding.
