My monitor's bottom is currently pointed to the right. To get it to line up
with the dialog I had to orient the digital one wrong. This is consistent
across two different monitors.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Flip your monitor so that the bottom is on the right side.
2. Rotate the screen in these settings until you can read it.
3. Observe that the bottom of the icon is on the left.
