systemsettings5 (5.12.0) using Qt 5.10.0

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

After click 'web shortcuts' then click any other setting the crash reshow

can repeat easily!

systemsettings5 (5.12.0) using Qt 5.9.3

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

In System Settings, I clicked on Shortcuts > Web Shortcuts. Navigating away
from Web Shortcuts to any other part of Systems Settings causes the application
to crash every time. Running KDE Neon User Edition.

systemsettings5 (5.11.5) using Qt 5.9.3

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Every time I click Shortcuts, Web-Shortcuts, then as soon as I click Global
Shortcuts systemsettings crashes.

- Custom settings of the application:

The entire application is the settings application. I have "Use preferred
shortcuts only" selected. I use kvantum manager and Arc Dark Transparent theme.
I use Papirus Icons. I use "de:en_US.UTF-8" language.
