Yeah, it's only fixed on Wayland. On X11 it's basically unfixable due to the
existing infrastructure. There unfortunately isn't any chance it will be
improved on X11, sorry.

I apologize for such a long delay, i was struggling updating plasma on my
gentoo installation.

Bug persists on Plasma 5.27, video attached

Bug catched on video (plasma 5.27)

Bug is reproduced with Plasma 5.27 both X11 and Wayland (video catches X11,
respective software versions also shown). 
The single difference between X11 and Wayland is that X11 bug features black
bars while Wayland one features transparent.

due to the combination of QQuickWidget and X11
on wayland is faster, the best scenario will be when whole systemsettings is
ported to qml instead of container objects
