ok, it doesn't always happen.
with "num" now it works correctly :P, but when I searched for "anima" and
clicked on "Window behavior" it happened again. I attach the text of
systemsettings5

That means the subcategory view is broken. Most likely due to a packaging
issue.

Can you please run system settings on the command line with `systemsettings5`?
Then search for "num" and select keyboard. Then paste the output in the
terminal window into a comment here.
