When presented with login screen the background was white, as if SDDM had, for some reason, lost its background image. After login, in settings at "Startup and Shutdown" --> "Login Screen (SDDM)" I clicked "Change Background" on "Breeze Fedora" and selected the wallpaper that login screen should have had and then experienced this crash. After crash I tried again set the background and this time it worked.
