Great! It'd be really awesome if we could make them look nice in every
device, something
akin with the bootstrap-based template I've used in the e.V. report.

Ken, let me know if there is anything I can help with. I've just
subscribed to kde-www ml but
can't find anything related to that in archives.

Ken Vermette (from the VDG) is currently spearheading a redesign effort for
the KDE web presence.
He has worked at CERN on website layout and continues to do so. Might be an
idea to coordinate with him.

Hi Clemens,

We haven't considered expanding it to ev.kde.org. Maybe it's worth
to coordinate with kde-www team and hear their general plans to
revamp KDE websites. IIRC, some work were done at CERN sprint
but I'm unsure if it was content-related only or if it also encompassed
layout/design issues.

[kde-community] Github mirror membership

2016-04-08 Thread Frederik Schwarzer
Hi,

is the github mirror meant to have members? As a non-member I cannot
tell if it has only private members or no members at all.

Or do we have to star all kde repos if we want to have them shown in
our contributions?

Frederik

Re: [kde-community] QtCon CfP published

2016-04-08 Thread Sivan Greenberg
Hey,

Wonderful to see this again. So I want to speak about the use of PyQt5 and
Webkit in automated test / monitor of websites, and perhaps also about
pytest + qt as intro / spead the word talk.

Are those acceptable as per our agenda for this year? Are there
sponsorship slots for speakers who are also interested in volunteering in
whatever needs help during the conf? (Surly we'll have shirts sale for such
a large event ;))

Wow, It has come together really nice. Kudos !
I spotted a minor typo in the conf.kde.in article though. Look for "
dot.de.org contributors" and replace it with "dot.kde.org contributors".
