This is a list about documentation in KDE. So this question is off topic here. 
Did you try to type help:/korganizer in konqueror? If not, that brings you to 
the documentation that should contain your answer. You may have to install the 
KDE documentation first.

Guys, do you think we could write this somewhere in the manual?

A named destination is a location in a pdf file that has a name, something 
like when you do

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lennart_Meri_Tallinn_Airport#Terminals

in a URL to jump to the "Terminals" part.
