Guys, do you think we could write this somewhere in the manual? A named destination is a location in a pdf file that has a name, something like when you do http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lennart_Meri_Tallinn_Airport#Terminals in a URL to jump to the "Terminals" part.
