meinproc5: link to the files, not to the library

The code worked with the GCC stack on GNU/Linux, but not with MSVC 19.0
(2015).

No. The file is part of kdemultimedia only in its Frameworks version.

I forgot. I did it everywhere else but not there. Going to do it.

Shouldn't this file be located in .../templates/messages/kdemultimedia/ ?

What about the .po files? Shouldn't these be renamed as well? Or is this left
for the translators? I can use "svn copy ...".

It is not new, it's the just a renamed version of:
templates/messages/extragear-multimedia/desktop_extragear-multimedia_k3b.po

I had no time to implement the removal of the module from the desktop name, or
you would have noticed.
(that requires some change in the extraction of desktop file for programs
still on SVN, where desktop files are extracted per-module and not per-
program, as I'd prefer to not have different handling).

I wonder if the new .pot .../templates//messages/extragear-multimedia/
desktop_kdemultimedia_k3b.pot in kde4branch should be there.

+Geolocation means assigning, editing and using metadata which

+Not only for professional photographers can it be interesting to
link an image to a precise geographical location. Not everybody uses an
airplane to overfly and scan a certain area with automatic GPS data recording.
Environmental planners, military, police, construction bureaus, real estate
agencies, all will have an immediate application.

+But if, after some time, one has forgotten where the image was
taken, if one loves the nice feature to open with a simple click a browser
displaying a zoom of the area, if you like to send your image as a postcard to
another user (who is then able to locate your shot), or if you simply
need the documentation aspect of it - having position data stored in a photo is
great.

Created attachment 104468

Do not link the same functions both directly and through the library meinproc5

Unless... can you please try the attached patch? It still compiles locally
(tested on Debian), so it may work, if I read the error correctly.
