At the end of the generate manpage you should have:

SEE ALSO
The full documentation for KMyMoney is maintained as a
docbook
manual. If the KHelpCenter program is properly installed at your
site, the

command khelpcenter
help:/kmymoney should give you access to the complete
manual.

Alternatively the manual can be browsed in Konqueror giving it the URL
help:/kmymoney

   kf5options(7)
   qt5options(7)

The latter links contains the common options you mentioned.
Thank you Luigi, that covers it. Is there any point in expanding that
section to also point to docs.kde.org?

Related question - I'm trying to use docbooc2man, but it complalins
about not finding dtd/kdedbx45.dtd even if I specify the location with
-s. It also complains about docbook2man-spec.pl, either not finding
it, or something else if I use -s for it's location. Is this
documented somewhere? I hate to do a full compile of the program just
for this one file conversion.

question on man page details

2022-06-13 Thread Jack Ostroff
I'm updating the man page for kmymoney, and I note that "kmymoney
--help" lists several command line options not listed in the man page
(-h, --help, --help-all, -v, --version, --author, --license,
--desktopfile ). Should these be included, or are they
considered common/standard enough that they do not warrant mention?

Thanks for any info or pointers to anything I apparently missed while
searching.

[docs] [Bug 455086] No content for 'Settings'->'Configure KOrganizer'->'General'->'Calendars'.

If you look at the handbook index page for KOrganizer, it was last updated in
2016, and there is far more outdated than just missing that one tab. The whole
layout of Views and Tabs in the Settings dialog seems to have changed a great
deal. A major rewrite is probably needed.
