And if there are more than one child? One birthday parameter for the children
field is not enough.
It is better to add the spouse or children as other contact in the
addressbook.

Instead it could be implemented a genealogical relationship between contacts
in the addressbook, but I don't know if this is expected by a addressbook.

What do you think about?

The tray menu has an entry
Open Certificate Manager ...
which is correct when the main window is currently
closed.
When it is open, this action will in fact close the window.

It would be really cool if the menu item text changes (toggles)
according to the status (Close Certficate Manager ...).

SVN commit 751262 by tmcguire:

Create the groupware interface in the kernel constructor, and
only delay the D-Bus registration until KMKernel::setupDBus()
is called.

This is needed because KMFolderCachedImap::readConfig accesses
the groupware interface, and it is called before setupDBus().

This probably fixes

I can tell you already that when the enterprise branch is merged back into the

(but the merge would justify more than just a minor version number increase
anyway)

Kmail has stopped downloading email from Gmail.

I configured Kmail to use pop3 following the instructions given
 here(http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=13287) and things
were fine for the last few months. Over the last two days, it has stopped
 downloading email.

I get a message in the status bar saying 'X new messages', but none of the
 messages are in the Inbox.

Check these things:
- Do you have enough space left and the correct permissions to store the mail?
- Are you using filters? If so, try disabling them.
- At last, try setting up KMail with a test user (so that KMail uses a new
config) and check if it works with the test user.
