[Bug 164108] New: KMail does not check email
--- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=164108 Summary: KMail does not check email Product: kmail Version: 1.9.9 Platform: unspecified OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs kde org ReportedBy: egxoun8uya67izy jetable org Version: 1.9.9 (using 3.5.9, Kubuntu (hardy) 4:3.5.9-0ubuntu7.1) Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu OS:Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-19-generic Well, I've been using Kontact/KMail since Ubuntu 6.06 and it has worked fine so far. However since today the disconnected IMAP does not work anymore. No email are being fetched anymore. I deleted all config files, recreated new accounts in the account setup it even finds correct server settings but in the main view I press the check mail button and just about a second later I get the message returned that no new mail has arrived, however nothing was really checked, I have a couple of email accounts like that and none works. For testing reasons I did setup imap on thunderbird and there it works all fine. The only thing I have chaned is switching from 2.6.24-16-generic to 2.6.24-19-generic kernel (Kubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron) ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
