[Bug 222804] No HTML Message when message contains HTML

2010-01-15 Thread Torgny Nyblom
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=222804

--- Comment #2 from Torgny Nyblom kde nyblom org  2010-01-15 09:24:06 ---
Not 100% sure, but the boundary in this message looks wierd. It looks like
this:
Content-type: multipart/alternative;
  boundary*0=;
  boundary*1=000

Shouldn't this be
Content-type: multipart/alternative;
  boundary=000

or
Content-type: multipart/alternative;
  boundary*0=
  000

?
That is the trailing ';' should not be present in line 1 and the header for
line two should not be there as well as the boundary header should not contain
the '*0' part.

But as I said I'm not 100% sure...

I can reliably reproduce the problem with kmail from KDE SC RC1 on Gentoo,
using Qt 4.6.0.

[Bug 222804] No HTML Message when message contains HTML

--- Comment #3 from Thomas McGuire mcguire kde org  2010-01-15 10:50:35 ---
This actually looks valid, the *0 and *1 are used to spread a parameter value
over multiple lines, see RFC2331 section 3, Parameter Value Continuations.

I wonder if we have tests for this in KMime...

[Bug 221231] very slow and dbus-daemon causing high load

I still have the problem after rebuilding everything without debug, so it seems
debug wasn't the reason.

To illustrate the severity of the problem: Sending a mail currently needs
between 1 minute and 30 minutes between clicking send and seeing the GnuPG
enter password for your key dialog (yes, minutes).

[Bug 222918] New: kontact akregator crashed while switching feeds

2010-01-15 Thread Frans Leerink
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=222918

   Summary: kontact akregator crashed while switching feeds
   Product: kontact
   Version: unspecified
  Platform: Unlisted Binaries
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: crash
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
ReportedBy: f.leer...@xs4all.nl

Application that crashed: kontact
Version of the application: 4.3.2
KDE Version: 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1) release 6
Qt Version: 4.5.3
Operating System: Linux 2.6.31.5-0.1-desktop i686
Distribution: openSUSE 11.2 (i586)

What I was doing when the application crashed:
Hello,

After reading some newsitems from one feed I switched to an other feed and
Kontact/Akregator crashed. Normally I select with a middle mouse click the
articles that I want to read into the background tabs. I read the selected
articles and delete them from the background tabs. After that or just before
reading the articles I select most of the time all articles from the feed
involved and flag them as read. After that I switch to an other feed and than
very often  Kontact/Akregator crashed.

Regards,  Frans
