* tried to categorize them a bit (couldn't do better)
* added some missing days, mostly flag or otherwise notable days

See the attached screen shot. Clicking one of of the contacts causes correct data to be displayed in the detail pane (hidden in the screen shot), but the list entry still shows the useless remote ID in every column. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Start KAddressBook and select an Address Book to view. Actual Results: All contacts are listed with remote identifiers shown in every column.
