[Bug 275209] New: pipethrough filter causes message duplication
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=275209 Summary: pipethrough filter causes message duplication Product: kmail2 Version: Git (master) Platform: Compiled Sources OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: filtering AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: lacsi...@gmail.com Version: Git (master) (using KDE 4.6.3) OS:Linux Since commit 49852b34 the presence of pipethrough filters causes new messages to uncontrolably multiply . It seems that the newly filtered message is not replacing the recieved one and is being filtered again as if it was a new message. This then plays in loops. It might be relevant in this case that the program I am piping through (bogofilter) may be changing the messages. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Create a pipethrough filter and wait for new messages. Actual Results: New messages are being filtered and duplicated. Then the duplicates are being filtered and duplicated, ... 'ad infinitum' Expected Results: A new message should go through the filter chain and the end result written to the correct collection instead of the original. [Bug 275253] New: Kontact crashed using flag --graphicssystem opengl
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=275253 Summary: Kontact crashed using flag --graphicssystem opengl Product: kontact Version: 4.4.10 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: crash Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: spearhead...@gmail.com Application: kontact (4.4.10) KDE Platform Version: 4.6.3 (4.6.3) Qt Version: 4.7.2 Operating System: Linux 2.6.38-10-generic x86_64 Distribution: Ubuntu 11.04 -- Information about the crash: - What I was doing when the application crashed: I just tried to launch it. As I thought KDE's graphicssystem is opengl by default I was just curious. The fault may also be in AMD/ATI's proprietary driver, as KDE was concerned about missing debug packages for fglrx_dri.so or it is a X11 problem. - Custom settings of the application: I used the flag --graphicssystem opengl -- Backtrace: Application: Kontact (kontact), signal: Segmentation fault [Current thread is 1 (Thread 0x7f7ae88357a0 (LWP 9150))] Thread 5 (Thread 0x7f7ac323d700 (LWP 9153)): #0 0x7f7ae5c93f03 in __poll (fds=value optimized out, nfds=value optimized out, timeout=value optimized out) at ../sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/poll.c:87 #1 0x7f7adf6bf104 in ??
