[Bug 275532] New: kmail2: show proper encryption status icons on mail check
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=275532 Summary: kmail2: show proper encryption status icons on mail check Product: kmail2 Version: unspecified Platform: Archlinux Packages OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: UI AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: markota...@gmail.com Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.6.4) OS:Linux eg. for my IMAP account on gmail, the ssl encryption is used to retrieve messages. Just start fetching new messages, click on the arrow to see more details on the progress (progress bar on bottom right) and: *kmail1 (kdepim 4.4) - shows red icon with cross for unsecured connections and green with check mark for secure *kmail2 (4.6.4) - shows unsecured icon everywhere. I think it's because kmail is actually fetching the mails from aconadi server, not from mail servers anymore. (and this is unsecured becouse its just local connection) So the security status should reflect the security settings used by aconadi mail resources used to retrieve the emails. [Bug 274008] Kaddressbook causes a Size limit exceeded on server by not support ing the paging extension
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=274008 Luke Diamand l...@diamand.org changed: What|Removed |Added CC||l...@diamand.org --- Comment #1 from Luke Diamand luke diamand org 2011-06-13 10:53:25 --- In kdepimlibs-4.6.3 there's paging control support. At least there's some code that talks about it and it works for me! Note that I had a similar looking problem when trying to connect to an LDAP server that was too old to support the paging option. So each attempt to talk to it would fail with size limit exceeded. Switching to a different ldap server 'fixed' it, but it would be useful if KDE could require the paging option. i.e. the equivalent in ldapsearch of: -E 'pr=10/noprompt' vs -E '!pr=10/noprompt' But that's a different bug -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

After adding all my IMAP-accounts (readded them because the migration was faulty), i have 2.500.000 records in the database (790 MB).
