However, not all emails in the folder are marked as unread, and it's not affecting all folders (but many) Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: - "update folder" command - mark all emails as read (no matter how) - no unread emails - "update folder" command Actual Results: emails are already unread Expected Results: emails remain read maildir folders come from kmail1.x good news : removing the .folder_name.index file (replace folder_name with name of the folder) seems to solve the issue - is this OK or does it involve collateral damage ? possibly a dupe of #276856, but I don't see the issue in my inbox, rather in my "historic" folders, so maybe a different root cause -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

Other e-mail clients use icons – such as the exclamation mark is used for important messages by Evolution – to distinguish mails marked as such in the message list. The problem with the green text is that the text becomes white, just like the black text of normal messages, when they are selected. So if I select a normal mail and a mail marked as important, it's impossible to see the difference unless deselected. [Bug 258171] Annoyed by 'Nepomuk Indexing Disabled - Akonadi Agent' message
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=258171 --- Comment #31 from Dariusz Pakulski 2011-07-28 09:00:52 --- Thank You very much Vishesh Handa for the first reasonable comment in contrast to comments given by Christophe Giboudeaux. It gives us hope for future. As a gentoo+kde user I'am using nepomuk+akonadi on my desktop system but on my netbook i'am trying to switch everything unnecessary services off. I'am curious why this particular notification can't be turned off in standard KDE system settings -> program notifications panel like many other notifications ? [Bug 267214] Filter Action "Send Fake MDN" Bug? (MDN Not sent.)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=267214 --- Comment #3 from Laurent Montel 2011-07-28 08:04:09 --- Ok I saw that it's not easy to implement it. By default we don't have add to send notification. So perhaps we must reimplement it. Will look at it -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
