It did not notify while the partition was filled but at some point in the past where I still had 1GB of free space. [Bug 284703] kmail stop sending mail
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=284703 --- Comment #1 from Yngve Levinsen yngve levinsen gmail com 2011-11-01 16:26:23 --- I'm in limbo! So, here are my answers: 1) Hmm, yes? I'll upload a screenshot. I notice it says Sending mail title. However, this was the mail that was never sent. I deleted it since it was too late to send (already had a reply by phone), and have now added a test mail to myself in the sending queue. 2) Hmm, yes? How do I see that? Check attachement. 3) Yes. 4) If I run mail check all accounts seem to be checked as normal. I also tried to send an e-mail from my gmail to one of my other accounts. I got it within a second of clicking send in the web application (using push imap, it rocks hard guys!). 5) Yes. Again this looks like some communication problems. I clicked on the minus sign in the second attachement, to cancel the send operation. Clicking Send Queued Messages then opened the kwallet and asked for password. Afterwards the test mail was sent as normal. I am quite sure that this particular solution did not work in the past, but the problem might have been related. Perhaps you made some bug fixes in the latest 4.7 branch which has improved the situation. It is a hard bug to report since you have to wait for something that for me typically happened once or twice a week in the past. I am suggesting that one way to reproduce is to set kwallet to close after x minutes of inactivity, and then wait until it is closed and try to send an e-mail. It will ask for password most of the times, but sometimes not (for me). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

I have this problem almost all the time. Must say i also get errors about nepomuk not running and I also get errors that kmail is not able to move some mesasges to some folder I created. I use a filter to do the moving. Strangly them move does seem to happen The crash can be reproduced every time. -- Backtrace: Application: Kontact (kontact), signal: Segmentation fault [Current thread is 1 (Thread 0x7f1fcce047a0 (LWP 6046))] Thread 4 (Thread 0x7f1fb2f81700 (LWP 6096)): #0 pthread_cond_wait@@GLIBC_2.3.2 () at ../nptl/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/x86_64/pthread_cond_wait.S:162 #1 0x7f1fc9660c2c in ?? [Bug 285507] New: How add Groupdav in korganizer-mobile?
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=285507 Summary: How add Groupdav in korganizer-mobile? Product: KOrganizer Mobile Version: unspecified Platform: Maemo 5 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: p1tt1pl4t...@googlemail.com Version: unspecified OS:Linux On Korganizer I can add GroupDav. On Korganizer-Mobile I haven't this feature. On Meego I could add GroupDav with Korganizer, then I could use this Calendar in Korganizer-Mobile. But on my N900 I haven't Korganizer. Where are the conf-file of this feature? Then I would be able to integrate into Korganizer GroupDav, I think. Reproducible: Always Expected Results: Korganizer-Mobile should have the feature to add GroupDav like Korganizer -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
[Bug 285508] New: subject line is always spell checked with default dictionary
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=285508 Summary: subject line is always spell checked with default dictionary Product: kmail2 Version: 4.7 Platform: openSUSE RPMs OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: composer AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: gsten...@gmx.net Version: 4.7 (using KDE 4.7.2) OS:Linux The subject line of a mail seems to be always checked in the language which is set as default for the identity. My system is default in German, but I've configured Kmail so that I can choose the dictionary when creating a mail (see attachment). However, the subject line is always checked for German. English dictionary is correctly applied to the message text. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. set default language for the e-mail identity (may also be the global KDE language, I'm not sure) to i.e. German (I call it primary language) 2. configure the mail editor so that the dictionary can be selected 3. set it to another language, i.e. English (secondary language) 4. enter text in the subject line and the message in the selected language (secondary) Actual Results: the secondary language text in the subject line is highlighted by the spell checker as wrong. The attachment shows that the spell checker still checks for the primary language. Expected Results: The subject line text should be checked according to the selected dictionary, in the example English. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

[Bug 283954] Only resources can modify remote revisions
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=283954 --- Comment #4 from Ingo Ratsdorf ingo envirology co nz 2011-11-02 01:24:13 --- Had it again. I added an exception to an reoccurring event. Saved it. Noticed that it was not changed, had a look at the server via web interface too and indeed the exception was not saved. Opened the incidence gain and added the exception, clicked Ok et voila: Said message pops up. Cannot change anything, simply won't save and repeats the same message. Clicked on update calendar folder to trigger a reload in KOrganizer. Did not help, still not able to change anything. That incidence is now a dead one in KOrganizer, all I can do is delete it. I opted to add the exception via web interface and reloaded the calendar in KOrganizer. All okay now. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

[Bug 285356] Kmail2 omits Subject and link when launched from Firefox's Send link

Firefox mailto (under Applications) is fine, as the launch of a kmail's new message form proves (I checked Firefox configuration too). It would be interesting to sniff the IPC message that Firefox sent to see if the information is there or not. I would be glad to help on this, just let me know what would be an appropriate tool for this purpose.
