[Akonadi] [Bug 317974] New: Can't fetch from Google Calendar: Invalid request, service is not registered

2013-04-07 Thread Mark Fraser
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=317974

Bug ID: 317974
Summary: Can't fetch from Google Calendar: Invalid request,
service is not registered
Classification: Unclassified
   Product: Akonadi
   Version: 4.10
  Platform: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: grave
  Priority: NOR
 Component: Google Resource
  Assignee: dvra...@redhat.com
  Reporter: mfraz74+...@gmail.com
CC: kdepim-bugs@kde.org

A few weeks after setting up a Google calendar resource, I will start to get
errors stating that akonadi_googlecalendar_resource_x: Invalid request, service
is not registered.
This will keep happening until I delete the resource and install it again and
it isn't restricted to just one computer - all devices linked to that account
get the same error.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set up a Google calendar resource
2.Wait a few weeks
3.See that the error box starts to appear
Actual Results:
Error box appears for each calendar in my account

[kmail2] [Bug 317973] New: The selection of a filter in particular to apply on a mail message does not work

2013-04-07 Thread T . Bautista
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=317973

Bug ID: 317973
Summary: The selection of a filter in particular to apply on a
mail message does not work
Classification: Unclassified
   Product: kmail2
   Version: 4.10.2
  Platform: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: major
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
  Reporter: tomas.bauti...@gmail.com

For classifying mails ther is a bunch of filters defined inside kmail. On the
last rule the "stop here" option is activated. After these rules additional
ones are defined, all of them with this "stop here" option set for custom
classification purposes. When trying to choose one of these additional filters
with the menu on purpose, only the first one is applied independently of which
one is tried to be chosen. The filter selection mechanism does not seem to
work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Define two filters with 'Redirect to' cat >/tmp/t1.txt the first and cat >
/tmp/t2.txt the second, both with the stop here option active and apply to menu
as well.
2. Choose the second filter to a message by menu.
3. You can see a /tmp/t1.txt newly written and no /tmp/t2.txt

Ah, right, the bug fix came in the way :) Changing a bit the contact in

I simply exported the contact after the resync. (And removed one ownCloud

I've tested with the first version of your test file and the latest of 4.10 in
the Git repo and the issue is not present (ownCloud does not uppercases the
fields). I've changed a bit the way contacts are imported, so that may explain
and in that case the issue seems to be in the VCard converter.

However with your second test file the problem arises. Which client generated
this file? Is it with the DAV resource only?

This could fix this issue.

BUT be carefull it is not tested!

What did I do?:
- I followed the fix in Bug 307618 .
- X-Profession is removed because it is already in the set.
- Added the upper case version of every key

Thanks for your proposal. First you'll need the kdepimlibs-dev package. Then
the following should do the trick, from a directory of your choosing:

git clone git://anongit.kde.org/kdepim-runtime.git
mkdir build
cd build
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr ../kdepim-runtime
