[Akonadi] [Bug 313753] Akonadi stops working after using a remote X session
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=313753 Christian ML changed: What|Removed |Added CC||c...@uni-muenster.de --- Comment #1 from Christian ML --- I can confirm this behaviour (in kmail) and I find it also very annoying. I have made a similar observation with korganizer: a) access to my machine from a remote computer (with NX client) whilst the local KDE session remains open. b) try to add a new To-Do to the calendar: the "Calendar" field remains blank (no choice possible), neither "OK" nor "Apply" work, no To-Do is created c) after "akonadictl restart" in the NX session, I can create a To-Do. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=276078 Travis Evans changed: What|Removed |Added CC||travisgev...@gmail.com --- Comment #14 from Travis Evans --- I appear to be seeing this in KDE 4.9.4 (haven't gotten around to trying 4.10 yet). Copying messages to my Google IMAP account (in order to migrate from kmail2 to another client) only works sometimes. Otherwise, I have to do a lot of futzing around—trying to copy to other IMAP directories, going into Serverside subscriptions and toggling on/off the checkboxes a bunch of times, etc. Only then does akonadi_imap_resource start up and begin transferring the messages. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=288020 --- Comment #20 from Travis Evans --- Seems I overlooked needing to followup on this somehow—sorry. In the akonadi console, the only id listed without a remoteid is the one for the “Search” folder. However, despite the fact that I thought I had resolved this before, it appears that *no* new emails have ever been saved to the maildir file system since I performed the import. [kaddressbook] [Bug 319046] New: implement a counter showing the number of contacts which matching the filter
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=319046 Bug ID: 319046 Summary: implement a counter showing the number of contacts which matching the filter Classification: Unclassified Product: kaddressbook Version: 4.10 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: m.w...@web.de CC: to...@kde.org It would be very useful to have a counter which would indicate how many contacts are shown with the filter at the moment. If there is no filter the total number of contacts should be shown in the counter. Why is this useful. At the moment it would be useful in helping to determining sync problems with owncloud. I will request the same feature there. But I believe there is a general usefulness for this since sync problems also with other servers might appear. Knowing the number of contacts is one indicator for such a problem especially with large addressbooks. Reproducible: Always -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
