I have the same issue with Disconnected IMAP Accounts, KDE 4.10.5. It sometimes
happens, no idea how to reproduce it. I don't run Kmail standalone but with
Kontact. There is only one Kontact process.

"the problem is that this message shows a cleartext password which is insecure
and undesirable ..." I know but if I can't reproduce bug I can't verify if pb
is where I think :)

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=323308

Upgrading was a lengthy process where kmail had to be restarted and a data
migration was done. Not only filters but also colour settings were lost in the
process.

kmail (4.10.5) on KDE Platform 4.10.5 using Qt 4.8.4

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Before going to bed I had closed the kmail window, and closing the lid on my
laptop locks it. I came back to a crash report in the morning.

I have multiple IMAP accounts configured. If I reply to one of those (eg send
from IMAP-1 to IMAP-2 then reply) I find that KMail replies to the original
recipient's address ("to") and not the sender ("from"). However, if I reply to
someone else, KMail replies correctly to the sender.

This only happens with the 'Reply' button. If I use 'Reply to Sender' (or
Shift-A), it works fine.

[kontact] [Bug 323318] New: Kontact crash after re-adding google calendar and importing events

2013-08-09 Thread David Pyke
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=323318

Bug ID: 323318
Summary: Kontact crash after re-adding google calendar and
importing events
Classification: Unclassified
   Product: kontact
   Version: 4.10.5
  Platform: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Keywords: drkonqi
  Severity: crash
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
  Reporter: kdeb...@loftwyr.ca

Application: kontact (4.10.5)
KDE Platform Version: 4.10.5
Qt Version: 4.8.4
Operating System: Linux 3.10.5 x86_64
Distribution: Ubuntu 13.04

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I had been (and still am) getting Bad Request from the google calendar conduit
and so I backed up the events into an ical file, deleted the calendar, re-added
it and then imported the ical file. It reported that the ical was imported
correctly.

I then went to kmail and noticed that folder list was corrupted leaving only
one icon. I clicked on the icon and kontact crashed.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
