[kleopatra] [Bug 215032] Smart Card - pkcs#11 Support

2013-08-26 Thread Emanuel Schütze
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=215032

--- Comment #8 from Emanuel Schütze eman...@intevation.de ---
@Martin:
You use Kleopatra from Gpg4win? Which version? Laste 2.2.0 Gpg4win package
(with Kleo 2.2.0)?
Which smart card type you use? Kleopatra supports T-Systems NetKey 3.0 card [1]
only. Or you use OpenPGP cards.

It seems we are not having exactly the same problem, PeterF: my kmail isn't
leaking memory.

So I think it would be better for you to create another bug report, if you have
this behaviour again.

--- Comment #1 from Daniel Vrátil dvra...@redhat.com ---
REFERENTIAL_CONSTRAINTS column was introduced in MySQL 5.1.

This means that on startup Akonadi is not able to verify that all foreign keys
are correctly set up in the database, which can cause some troubles when
upgrading the database scheme.

I recommend you update to at least MySQL 5.1 (or MariaDB) and I will fix
Akonadi to check mimimum database version on startup.

Committed on 26/08/2013 at 12:12.
Pushed by dvratil into branch '1.10'.

Check minimum MySQL server version

Akonadi requires at least MySQL 5.1 (because of using
information_schema.REFERENTIAL_CONSTRAINTS
column that was introduced in 5.1), so make sure we are running against at
least that version.

[kmail2] [Bug 324073] New: download of old mails, if they are moved to other folders

2013-08-26 Thread Giuseppe Vinci
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=324073

Bug ID: 324073
Summary: download of old mails, if they are moved to other
folders
Classification: Unclassified
   Product: kmail2
   Version: 4.10.5
  Platform: openSUSE RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: misc
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
  Reporter: giuseppe.vi...@gmx.net

I set download of new mails in inbox folders every 25 minutes (POP3). If I
moved by filter or manual some mails to other folders, they will be downloaded
another time, until I delete them from mail provider.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move one or more mails from incoming folder (default = inbox) to another
one(s).
2. Wait for a new automatic mail check or make it manually
3. Check that the recently moved mails are in inbox folder again
Actual Results:
It happens, what described in details.
Sometimes it DOES NOT happen. I SUPPOSE, it doesn't, after akonadi Co. have
already digested (= worked out?) the mails downloaded.

Expected Results:
Already downloaded mails should no more be received, even if they are moved to
other kmail folders.

Kmail resources:
PO3: one account
Local folder (~/.local/share/local-mail)
SMTP: one account

Kmail reports nepomuk as inactive, but it has only ended its job.
Any kmail features does not run or not correctly, i.e. customizing mail list,
marking mail as read, detailed mail searching, customizing mail marks, etc.

[Akonadi] [Bug 323844] Adding foldert to imap-account gives Duplicate entry sql error

2013-08-26 Thread Daniel Vrátil
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=323844

--- Comment #4 from Daniel Vrátil dvra...@redhat.com ---
@Geert, Akonadi by design does not allow having two subcollections with the
same name in the same parent collection - this can however happen with special
resources that handle various data types (like owncloud, which handles both
calendars and contacts). Please open a bug report against the owncloud resource
- the resource must make sure the name is unique within it's parent collection.
The name that is displayed to user can be stored to EntityDisplayAttribute, so
no worry that you would see one of your collections names like Kobalt_2 or
something like that.

@Johannes, can you please check in Akonadi Console - Db Browser -
collectiontable that no collection with the name you are trying to create
exists there, then try to create it and check again. If a new record with the
name and remoteId filled is there, then there's some weird bug that KMail or
the IMAP resource is trying to create the collections twice. Make sure you have
Debugger enabled when creating the collection. If you get the error again,
please provide entire output of the Debugger tab. Thanks

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=323844

--- Comment #5 from Johannes Hirte johannes.hi...@fem.tu-ilmenau.de ---
(In reply to comment #4)
@Johannes, can you please check in Akonadi Console - Db Browser -
collectiontable that no collection with the name you are trying to create
exists there, then try to create it and check again. If a new record with
the name and remoteId filled is there, then there's some weird bug that
KMail or the IMAP resource is trying to create the collections twice. Make
sure you have Debugger enabled when creating the collection. If you get
the error again, please provide entire output of the Debugger tab. Thanks

output from the Debugger tab:

[kmail2] [Bug 312460] Kmail can not show correct number of unread mails

 Correct fix.

 Correct fix is point 2.

This causes an additional problem for me, at least with the MySQL backend and
with akonadi-1.10.2: Unread count in the folder list does not reflect actual
number of unread messages, but instead shows the total number of messages in
the folder.

BTW, there is also a similar query (i.e. itemWithFlagCount on SEEN) in
./server/src/handlerhelper.cpp that the patch does not change. Should it?

Just one instance of akonadi_imap_resource running in a OpenSuse 12.3 machine
with KDE 4.11 pretty much saturated our own imap server running on our mail
gateway.

Akonadi was eating 50% cpu on the offending station.
This is not fixed in 4.11, and its a pretty serious error guys.
I've had to ban hammer kmail and send everybody back to Thunderbird.

Verified here.
Received message shows as invalid signature in kmail. When saving the message
locally, extracting message text and signature and removing the quotes and
newline at the end of the email text
gpg --verify sig text
works.

Seems to have resolved itself on my installation. I think I have not deleted
any database whatsoever. Just 2-3 reboots later (perhaps an upgrade to 4.11 in
between) and everything working again.

[kmail2] [Bug 324090] New: When you Reply, it sometimes puts your own address in the reply to field

2013-08-26 Thread John Andersen
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=324090

Bug ID: 324090
Summary: When you Reply, it sometimes puts your own address in
the reply to field
Classification: Unclassified
   Product: kmail2
   Version: 4.11
  Platform: openSUSE RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: commands and actions
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
  Reporter: jsam...@gmail.com

Press R while reading a message, or click the Reply button at top of
kmail/kontact or right click in the message window and select Reply,

You will occasionally see your own address in the TO field.
This happens even more frequently if Your name matches the original sender's
name (such as when I send to my work account from my gmail account, both have
the same name, but different email addresses.

However, I have seen this when the names differ wildly.
Reply-to-Author gets it right always, but simple Reply will some times get it
wrong.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send a mail to yourself from a different Email Account but the same user
name
2. Reply to with the R key in Kmail
3. Play with it, because it doesn't happen all the time.
Actual Results:
R/Reply/Context-Reply should reply to Sender (assuming a mailing list is not
involved).

Expected Results:
Sometimes the Reply address is set up to go to the account from which you are
replying.

Image might help:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/35567349/320581-4.png
The image shows:
I'm reading a gmail mailbox.
Reply window is setting on top of the message in the Reading window.
It came from screenio.com. To Gmail.com.

R was pressed to compose a reply.

Reply should have been set up to go to Screenio.com
but in fact it was set up to go to gmail.com
