It happens also while starting KMail as Kontact part. Changing setting in View - Headers works only for session. Changing configuration file entry grantlee-mail-theme-name doesn't work at all. In both files (kmail2rc, kontactrc) falls back to example upon start KMail start. Bug was present in version 4.13.3. Apparently the string to be used in %1 comes from libakonadi and reads %1 of type %2. However %1 is filled in with the name of an account but %2 in not filled in. The text I see in the window of drkonqi shows We are sorry, IMAP-eik of type closed unexpectedly. I assume IMAP should be present after type. It's happening with an imap-account on imap.arcor.de. This behaviour also occurres when setting up the mail-account with a new user on a new and clean desktop. Thunderbird and web interface are working fine. Also mail-clients on other devices and platforms. It's possible to send mails via the smpt server via the same provider. The sended mails will be sync with kmail and appears in kmail and also on the sever. It seems that the sync works only in one direction.
