[Akonadi] [Bug 339169] Creating a new akonotes resource selects ~/.local/share/local-mail by default

2014-09-26 Thread Wolfgang Bauer
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=339169

Strange.
When I tried today it seemed to work, I got
$HOME/.local/share/notes/akonotes_resource_X as pre-selected folder.

I just wanted to close this bug, but then I stopped and re-started Akonadi and
now it is _not_ working again: I get $HOME/.local/share/local-mail now by
default again when I try to create a new akonotes resource.

So something still seems to not work correctly.

[Akonadi] [Bug 339430] New: akonadi_davgroupware_resource: Error when uploading item: 100

2014-09-26 Thread Thomas Roemer
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=339430

Bug ID: 339430
   Summary: akonadi_davgroupware_resource: Error when uploading
item: 100
   Product: Akonadi
   Version: unspecified
  Platform: openSUSE RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: DAV Resource
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
  Reporter: tidir...@mediaschredder.org

KDE 4.14.1, OpenSUSE 12.3
Access to my Mailserver (Zimbra 7.2 - IMAP and WebDAV)

The initial raeding of all appointments, after config of the DAV ressource, is
fine! No password fail.
Calling of the settings
A new appointment can't be saved properly. The settings of "Kontact"/Calendar
said: No connection to the host: smtp.1und1.de.
But the previously configured server is called: mail1.site (local network - my
ghetto.hosting mailserver ;)
There is something wrong, I think.;-D
BTW: It is possible to add a contact without an error.

I think this is the behavior after update to KDE 4.14.1, but not 100% sure,
unfortunately...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. DAV ressource delete
2. DAV ressource create - with host, user and password - working as expected
3. write an appointment, fails with the error described above

Actual Results:
No new appointments are possible from this client - my android google calendar
is working fine.

[Akonadi] [Bug 339438] New: Imap folder varies message count and refills periodically

2014-09-26 Thread Michael Tils
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=339438

Bug ID: 339438
Summary: Imap folder varies message count and refills
periodically
   Product: Akonadi
   Version: 1.13.0
  Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: grave
  Priority: NOR
 Component: IMAP resource
  Assignee: chrig...@fastmail.fm
  Reporter: nos...@tils.org
CC: kdepim-bugs@kde.org, vkra...@kde.org

I have a strange error after dragging (moving) files to dophin:

A few days ago I became a lot of replies because i sent a newsletter. Then I
tooked about 80 of them and dragged them into a local folder via dolphin.
After that akonadi told the wrong message count (86) for this inbox. A few
minutes later it counted 800 new mails in that folder. Then again 86 an so on.
In periods of about 2 Minutes.
I tried to delete this IMAP account and readded it, nothing changed. Another
day I deleted it, readded it with a different name, same problem.
After about 4 days I moved a few messages via an webmailer to different folders
(about 400). Now the numbers of kmail are different. It jumps randomly between
40 and 400 mails. And my notification plasmoid permanantly shows the "new"
amount of mail.

It is also very difficult to read mails because of the constant refill of this
account.

Tried to see something via kdebugdialog but no luck.

I can imagine that this is a strange bug without something useful like a debug
trace or so but if someone can tell me what you need I will attach it.

The problem happens only in one of my 8 imap accounts.

Thanks in advance

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag/move a lot of messages from kmail to a local folder

Actual Results:
Kmail shows wrong message count and permanently refills the folder

Expected Results:
Not refilling the folder

I have KDE 4.14 on OpenSUSE 13.1 (x64) with akonadi 1.13.0-1.1 installed by rpm
from KDE Current Repository
